We enjoyed a close, collaborative working relationship with key Jarvis staff throughout the development of our flagship scheme, which has delivered 79 high quality homes for social rent. Jarvis responded to the challenges thrown up during the course of the project, in particular a last-minute change of plan to introduce a sprinkler system following the tragic events at Grenfell Tower. Their flexible approach, together with the skills and resources to perform to our exacting standards, has ensured that this development will provide a safe, enjoyable living environment for local people in housing need for decades to come.
