Land & Partnerships Director
Thomas has 17 years’ experience working for both private and public sector residential developers, he has an extensive understanding of problematic sites whilst being able to assess private, retirement and affordable housing solutions. Thomas is the port of call for all day to day business activities for Jarvis Partnership Homes and he is charged with the responsibility of procuring viable land opportunities whilst working in partnership or joint venture with our housing association and land owner clients. Thomas resides in a Bedfordshire village with his wife and daughter. He is a keen sportsman with a particular passion for cricket, rugby, golf, shooting and horse racing.

Mike, who is Hertfordshire born and bred, has been with Jarvis for over 20 years, learning his development skills with local commercial surveyors and Tarmac Properties. An inquisitive and questioning mind, he proudly leads a dynamic and hardworking team, whilst still maintaining a very ‘hands-on’ approach. This ensures responsibility and accountability for each and every project.
CEO, Jarvis Group Construction
Mark has being working in the construction industry since 1982. He has a strong reputation for working collaboratively, with a demonstrable track record of successful partnering along with a proactive stance on traditional contracting and this compliments Jarvis’ typical approach. Under Mark’s leadership, the company has expanded its client base, providing a far more customer-centric approach to its offering, whilst also launching a number of staff led initiatives to enhance the way we work and in turn providing a better experience for all our clients.
Andy is a key member of the ‘Homes team’, co-ordinating the efforts of the Design, Construction, Surveying and Sales Team, ensuring quality is not compromised and projects are delivered on programme. He is a fully qualified quantity surveyor who has worked at Jarvis for almost 20 years. Andy is a great family man with the skill set and temperament to harness the efforts of the other team members and resolve any challenges.
Dannie joined Jarvis as a trainee in 1986. After 30 years with the company, he has progressed through various site management roles to become Operations Director, a role he is proud to hold. Dannie is very well-liked and respected by both our staff and clients. Taking responsibility for the successful completion of the projects that he oversees in our contracting division, Dannie ensures that these are all supported by the appropriate resources from the business to allow each project to run seemlessly.
Michael joined Jarvis in 2012 since when he has been involved in a number of high profile developments including Gleneagle Manor and Lea Industrial Estate. His principal role is the acquisition, planning and development of new opportunities.
Adam joined Jarvis in 2014 as Estimating Manager. His restructuring of the estimating team and procedures helped to secure some prestigious projects across all sectors, leading to his recent promotion to Estimating Director. With over 40 years’ experience in pre-construction roles within the industry, Adam oversees the estimating team and ensues compliant and well-constructed submissions are put together for all tenders. He provides support to the estimating team throughout the bid process and into the pre-construction stage of secured projects.
Head of Design
As Head of Design, Justin oversees our design department, which comprises both Design Managers and Design Co-Ordinators whilst also encompassing our pre-construction team. Prior to joining Jarvis, he spent almost 20 years in pre-construction and design management working on various London regeneration schemes for local councils and housing associations as well as 5 years working for a developer.
